There are times when I am having a bad day mentaly. These days I find it challenging to hit the weights and workout. We all at some time have these ups and downs, we just need some motivation to make us move forward. One of the things I do to get me pumped up and really drive myself to workout , is watch the big guys of bodybuiding. These guys really know how to jump start your motivational drive. It reminds me of the good ol days of pumping some cold hard steel in my weight room!
